Driving Team Charter / Roadmap, People Management.
Understanding TI Si platform architectures and real time audio/video/garphics/navigation applications in this space
Motivating teams, Hiring/retaining top performers, Perfromance Management

Deliverables,Challenges : Systems/sub-systems for entertainment/navigation in the car Complying with stringent quality expectations of automotive customers.
